A Tasty Journey to Ireland
I recently tried some of the traditional Irish recipes from this book, and wow, they truly transport you right to Ireland! The recipes are clear and easy to follow. My favorite so far has been the Irish stew — it turned out so flavorful and hearty. Definitely a great addition to my cookbook collection!
