Product Description Gegenstand dieser Studie ist eine umfangreiche Betrachtung der Tourenplanungsproblematik. Es wird die Entwicklung und die Vielfalt des Tourenplanungsproblems dargestellt und erlutert. Hierzu werden das Standardproblem der Tourenplanung, die MehrdepotTourenplanung, die Tourenplanung mit Zeitfensterrestriktionen und die dynamische Tourenplanung nher betrachtet. Ein Schwerpunkt der Studie befasst sich mit Lsungsverfahren fr die erwhnten Ausprgungen der Tourenplanungsproblematik. Dabei werden ausgewhlte Verfahren vorgestellt und deren Funktionsweise erlutert. Hierbei erfolgt eine kritische Betrachtung der Verfahren. Des Weiteren wird deren Lsungsqualitt untersucht und mit anderen Verfahren verglichen sowie mgliche Vor und Nachteile aufgezeigt. Der zweite Schwerpunkt bezieht sich auf eine Marktrecherche nach Softwarelsungen fr Tourenplanungsprobleme. Es werden geeignete Softwarelsungen fr die Tourenplanungsproblematik zusammengefasst und nach bestimmten Kriterien untersucht. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Marktrecherche ist eine Studie, in welcher Unternehmen zu Tourenplanungssoftware befragt wurden. Ein Teil der Untersuchungskriterien leitet sich aus wichtigen Erkenntnissen dieser Studie ab und stellt somit einen praktischen Bezug dar. About the Author David Schipior M.A. wurde 1984 in Neustadt geboren. Er absolvierte zunchst ein technisches Studium der Mechatronik an der Beuth Hochschule fr Technik Berlin und erlangte damit den akademischen Grad des Bachelor of Engineering. 2011 schloss er an derselben Hochschule ein wirtschaftlich orientiertes Masterstudium im Bereich Projektmanagement mit Auszeichnung ab und erhielt den Master of Arts. Bereits whrend seines Studiums sammelte der Autor umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in groen Unternehmen der Automobil und Elektroindustrie. Inspiriert von der Technik aber auch interessiert an bergreifenden betrieblichen Prozessen, entstand diese Studie aus der Motivation heraus, das erlangte Wissen aus Theorie und Praxis in einem bis dahin unbekannten Bereich zusammenzufhren.
