I was really disappointed with this book. It arrived with a dented cover, and honestly, the content didn't live up to the hype. It felt more like a marketing piece rather than a comprehensive guide. I wouldn't recommend it if you’re serious about learning real estate.

Helpful, but a bit dated
This guide was pretty informative, but some of the examples felt a bit out of touch with today’s market. I did find some good strategies for getting started, but I wish it included more recent data or trends. Still, a decent read if you're new to commercial real estate.
