El proyecto Formalizacin de un modelo de referencia para integracin empresarial basado en el concepto Actor de Empresa es desarrollado en la Universidad del Cauca (Colombia) por el grupo de investigacin en Automtica Industrial, representado por el autor y el director del mismo. En este proyecto se obtiene la formalizacin de un modelo de referencia para integracin empresarial basado en el concepto del Actor de Empresa, donde se parte de la filosofa del modelo que es el esquema de la accin humana, se dice que toda empresa o cada parte de la misma puede llegar a modelarse con este modelo. Para poder llegar a esta conclusin se opt por definir una ontologa en la cual se estableci toda la parte conceptual que requera el modelo, soportado por el glosario de trminos de la normas ISA. Tambin se realiz el Modelamiento dinmico, el cual parte del modelo de comportamiento del Actor de Empresa utilizado con la simbologa SDL, el cual permite estructurar el flujo del sistema. ste a su vez servir como insumo para establecer los estados, lugares y transiciones por las que tiene que pasar el modelo para que sea concebido como un Actor de Empresa.
