This book gives really practical tips on how to manage chaos effectively. I’ve used a lot of the strategies in my work, and they actually work! The used condition didn’t bother me at all as it was still readable. Would suggest it to fellow managers!

Good concepts but hard to digest
There were some great ideas in 'Understanding Variation', but I found the information a bit dense at times. It’s a used book, so I was okay with the wear, but I wish the key points were more clearly summarized. Still, I learned a lot about managing chaos!

I was excited to read 'Understanding Variation', but it showed up with a bent cover and some pages were wrinkled. The content seems interesting, but I’m disappointed with the condition it came in. I might need to get another copy.
