I was really looking forward to reading this, but the book arrived with a bent cover and some pages were crumpled. It’s such a shame because I had heard great things about it. I reached out for a replacement, but it took longer than I expected to get a response.

Interesting but a bit slow at times
This book had some great points but it felt a bit slow in some parts. I loved the marine mammal connections, but I wish there were more real-life examples to connect with the feminist themes. Still, it's a unique read worth picking up.
