Union: The Heart of Rugby is a stunning large format book showcasing the greatest rugby photographs ever taken alongside the thoughts and views of some of the game's greatest ever players including current England coach Martin Johnson. This stunning coffee table book has been conceived as a celebration of the heart and soul of rugby as the kick off to the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand approaches. The cornerstone of the book will be more than 150 of the most powerful and evocative rugby photographs taken by awardwinning photographers and selected by legendary sports photographer Neil Leifer. Complementing the images is an original text that explores the eight core creeds that underpin the sport pride, team, friendship, courage, passion, heroes, pain and glory and based on interviews with five of the game's greatest players: John Kirwan, Nick FarrJones, Philipe Sella, Joel Stransky and Martin Johnson.
