Boring for casual readers
I picked this up thinking it would be engaging, but it reads more like a textbook. If you're looking for a casual dive into U.S. history, this isn't it. Only for serious learners.

Useful but a bit repetitive
The content is good, and I like the economic perspective, but I feel some sections are a bit redundant. Still, it's beneficial for my high school curriculum. Just wish it had more variety in examples.

This book is filled with great information on U.S. history and economics, but some chapters are quite dense. It took me longer to get through than I expected. Still worth it if you're interested!
