I was really disappointed with this book. It arrived with some pages crumpled and the content didn't match what I hoped for. It seemed more like a general overview rather than a detailed guide. I wouldn’t recommend it for serious research.

I appreciated the information in this book, but some sections felt a bit convoluted. It took me a few tries to grasp certain concepts. That said, I did learn a lot about my family's health history, so it's worth it!
