Der Forschungsverbund SEDStaat veranstaltete am 20. und 21. Mai 2010 an der Freien Universitt Berlin die Tagung Repression, Opposition und Widerstand an den Hochschulen der SBZ/DDR. Dieser Band enthlt die Konferenzbeitrge. Er bietet eine Zusammenschau von Einzelinitiativen, Forschungsprojekten und Zeitzeugenerinnerungen. Diese zeichnen ein differenziertes Bild von der politischen Verfolgung an den Universitten, Hoch und Fachschulen der SBZ/DDR von der unmittelbaren Nachkriegszeit bis zum Ende der SEDDiktatur 1989 sowie von den folgenden Auseinandersetzungen ber die Verstrickungen von Hochschulangehrigen in das sozialistische berwachungs und Kontrollsystem.
