Die vorliegende Arbeit will Aussagen zur Unternehmensfiihrung leisten, die obwohl allgemein giiltig und damit abstrahiert formuliert, dennoch fiir gewichtige Fiihrungs probleme im einzelnen praxisrelevante und gesichertere Entscheidungshilfen und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten erlauben. Die Arbeit ist ausgehend von vergleichenden Analysen der Fachliteratur das Ergeb nis von systemanalytischen Entwicklungen und von Erfahrungen der Autoren aus eigener Fiihrungsund Beratungstatigkeit sowie aus Diskussionen in Seminaren. An dieser Stelle sei all denen, die insbesondere als Gesprachspartner die Entwick lung und Fertigstellung dieser Arbeit mit vorantrieben, herzlich gedankt. Das Buch hat seinen gewiinschten Beitrag geleistet, wenn damit dem Leser der Stand der wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse zur Unternehmensfiihrung etwas transpa renter wird, und er dadurch angeregt wird, zur Losung seiner betrieblichen Probleme geeignete Modelle und Strategien aufzugreifen und situationsgerecht weiterzuent wickeln.
