Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich BWL Unternehmensgrndung, Startups, Businessplne, Note: 2,0, Brandenburgische Technische Universitt Cottbus (Lehrstuhl fr ABWL und Besondere der Organisation, des Personalmanagement sowie der Unternehmensfhrung), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Bei der vorliegenden Arbeit handelt es sich um ein Oberseminar, welches im Rahmen des Moduls Organisation, Personalmanagement und Unternehmensfhrung" von Christian Lehmann und Philipp Hildebrandt erarbeitete wurde. Das Thema lautet Unternehmensgrndungen durch IngenieurInnen". Bezugnehmend auf das uns vorgegebene Thema haben wir uns als erstes berlegt, nach welchen Gesichtspunkten wir das Thema erarbeiten wollen und welche Fragestellung wir im Laufe des Oberseminars klren wollen. Entschieden haben wir uns letztendlich fr folgende Problemstellung: Grnden IngenieurInnen und wenn ja in welchem Verhltnis, unter welchen Herausforderungen und welches sind ihre Motive?" Als Erstes haben wir alle Begrifflichkeiten geklrt, die uns im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema wichtig erschienen. Anschlieend beschftigten wir uns mit den Unternehmensgrndungen in Deutschland. Unser Augenmerk lag hierbei auf den Grndungen generell und bei Akademikern. Zudem erluterten wir die wichtigsten Grndungsmotive. In unserem dritten und wichtigsten Teil ging es dann um die Unternehmensgrndungen durch IngenieurInnen. In diesem Absatz waren wir bestrebt, unsere Leitfrage: Grnden IngenieurInnen und wenn ja in welchem Verhltnis, unter welchen Herausforderungen und welches sind ihre Motive?" zu beantworten. Zum Ende der Arbeit haben wir unsere Ergebnisse zusammengefasst und ein paar Anregungen fr zuknftige Projekte gegeben.
