Stunde Diskuswurf Erkunden der Wirksamkeit der Vorbeschleunigungserweiterung auf die Wurfweite Eine Hinfhrung zur Zieltechnik im Diskuswurf.' Wie der programmatischen Formulierung bereits zu entnehmen ist, reiht sich die Stunde in einen Wurfkomplex ein. Die Grundlagen zur Erlernung der Zieltechnik (i.e. Wurf aus der 6/4 Drehung) sind demnach bereits in 2 vorangegangen Stunden einfhrend gelehrt worden. Im Konkreten beinhaltet dies folgende methodisch sinnvolle Reihung (kurzer Rckblick): Es wurden bereits der frontale Standwurf, der seitliche Standwurf aus der Wurfauslage mit Verwringung sowie der Wurf aus der 4/4 Drehung zum Unterrichtsgegenstand erhoben. Der angestrebte Beherrschungsgrad (i.e. das Niveau der Ausfhrung) ist den Zielbereichen zu entnehmen. Diese gliedern sich auf in motorische, sozial/emotionale sowie kognitive Aspekte. Sie stehen in einem engen Zusammenhang und sind unmittelbar miteinander verzahnt. Nebst der Analyse der Bedingungen schlieen sich der Stundenkonzeption noch eine ausfhrliche Sachanalyse sowie methodischdidaktische berlegungen an. Dem profund dokumentierten Stundenablauf folgt die ausfhrliche Reflexion und Auswertung der Stunde. Fr die kommenden Folgestunden wird zum Schluss noch ein Ausblick skizziert.
