Die Aspekte 'soziale Wertschtzung' sowie 'Untersttzung und Arbeitsklima', die im Zusammenhang mit Burnout stehen knnen, wurden nher betrachtet. Zum Phnomen Burnout, das nach wie vor uneinheitlich definiert ist, besteht bei Arzthelferinnen bisher nur eine Untersuchung. Mgliche Zusammenhnge zwischen Burnout und den in der Literatur bereits beschriebenen Arbeitsbedingungen bei Arzthelferinnen wurden in der Arbeit diskutiert. Mit Hilfe des bisher zuverlssigsten Messinstrumentes von Burnout, dem 'Maslach Burnout Inventory', ist die Ausprgung der drei Burnout Dimensionen 'emotionale Erschpfung, Depersonalisation und subjektive Leistungsverringerung' tendenziell erfasst worden. Auerdem wurden die Arzthelferinnen mit einer offenen Frage aufgefordert ihre Hauptbelastungsfaktoren bei der Arbeit zu nennen. In halbstrukturierten Interviews wurden darber hinaus 5 Teilnehmerinnen der Befragung zu den Kategorien 'soziale Wertschtzung, Untersttzung und Arbeitsklima' befragt. In dieser Arbeit liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der deskriptiven Darstellung der Ergebnisse. Zusammenhnge knnen aufgrund nicht durchgefhrter Berechnungen nur vermutet werden. Die Untersuchung bezieht sich deshalb auf die in der Burnoutliteratur bereits bestehenden Erkenntnisse, die hier in den Zusammenhang mit der Arzthelferinnenttigkeit gebracht wurden.
