Die Erzhlungen dieses Buches zeigen, mit welchen Problemen die Familie Brinkhoff in Ost und Westdeutschland fertig werden musste, und wie aus Gabi Junghans Brinkhoffs Gabi wurde. Sie beruhen auf wahren Begebenheiten und spiegeln die Geschichte im geteilten und wieder vereinten Deutschland der Jahre 1960 2010 wider. Wir erleben unter anderem die Auswirkungen des Mauerbaus vom 13. August 1961 sowie den Tag der Wende vom 9. November 1989. Die Geschichten erzhlen von unvergesslichen, schicksalhaften und glcklichen Tagen, von Liebe und Verantwortung.About the AuthorGeboren bin ich 1943 in Fssen im Allgu. Whrend meiner Kindheit und Jugend sind wir oft umgezogen. Daher besuchte ich Schulen in Frielendorf, Rockenberg, Bad Nauheim, Marburg, Kiel und Bremerhaven. Nach dem Abitur machte ich die Ausbildung zur Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin. In diesem Beruf arbeitete ich unter anderem in der Botschaft von Senegal in Bad Godesberg und in einer Bank in Mnster. Nach Abschluss meines Studiums (Romanistik, Geografie und Pdagogik) in Bonn unterrichtete ich als Lehrerin an Realschulen in Lbbecke und in Bielefeld, zuletzt als Konrektorin. Seit 1974 bin ich in Bielefeld zu Hause. Ich bin verheiratet und habe zwei Shne und Enkelkinder. Mit groem Vergngen schreibe ich verstrkt seit sechs Jahren, weil ich erst jetzt die Zeit dazu finde ernste und heitere biografische und fiktive Erzhlungen.
