Darf eine Schullizenz auch auf dem heimischen Lehrerrechner zur Unterrichtsvorbereitung eingesetzt werden? Gibt es fr Institutionen im Bildungsbereich Sonderregelungen? Ebenso stellen sich beispielsweise Fragen nach der Nutzung fremder Texte und Bilder auf der Schulhomepage. In welchem Umfang drfen fremde Inhalte eingefgt werden und wie sind diese zu kennzeichnen? Wann ist eine Erlaubnis einzuholen und wie hat eine solche auszusehen? Werden Inhalte in einem schulinternen Intranet anders gewertet? Besonders anspruchsvoll ist die Frage nach der Einbindung von Links, InlineLinks und Frames.
