I bought Word 97 to use on my new laptop, but I ran into some compatibility issues with newer file formats. It’s still functional for older documents, but I found myself frustrated trying to open files from friends on newer versions.

This product is a bit dated, but it gets the job done for simple documents. I mainly use it for letters and reports. Just keep in mind that it lacks some modern features and templates, which can be a bit frustrating at times.
