A great addition to the series
As a long-time fan of the Vlad Taltos novels, I found this installment to be a thrilling read. Vallista dives deeper into the world of Dragaera, and the character development is top-notch. The plot twists kept me on my toes!

A bit too convoluted
I found Vallista to be a bit convoluted at times, with so many characters. It took me a while to get into the story, but once I did, it was enjoyable. Just wish it had been a bit clearer at the start!

Interesting, but not my favorite
I enjoyed Vallista and its unique perspective on Vlad's adventures, but it felt a bit slower than previous books. Still, the humor and clever dialogue made it worth the read. Just not the best in the series for me.

Disappointed with this one
I was really looking forward to Vallista, but I was disappointed. It felt rushed and lacked the depth of earlier books. Some of the humor fell flat for me too. Not sure if I’d recommend it to new readers.
