Dazu wird in Kapitel 2 auf die Definition nher eingegangen sowie die Grundlagen und Merkmale der Venture Capital Finanzierung erlutert. Der Verlauf einer VC Finanzierung wird in Phasen aufgeteilt und beschrieben. In Kapitel 4 wird ein berblick ber die Ziele aller Beteiligten am VC Finanzierungsprozess gegeben. Abschlieend wird ein Einblick in die aktuelle Situation auf dem VC Markt gewhrt sowie die Vor und Nachteile einer Venture Capital Finanzierung aus Unternehmersicht dargestellt und davon ausgehend eine Bewertung dieser Finanzierungsform fr junge Unternehmen gegeben.
