Auch in den anderen Mitgliedstaaten der Europischen Union haben die Richtlinien der Gemeinschaft teilweise erhebliche Auswirkungen auf das Rechtssystem und die Gesellschaft. Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die Antidiskriminierungsrichtlinien in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Tschechischen Republik. Hierzu werden die Gesetze bzw. Gesetzesentwrfe und die Auswirkungen verglichen. Zu Beginn erfolgt eine Einfhrung in die Thematik und die Beschreibung der aktuellen Situation in Deutschland und Tschechien. Anschlieend werden die Richtlinien der Gemeinschaft im Bereich des Antidiskriminierungsschutzes detailliert dargestellt. Dem Vergleich der Umsetzung in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Tschechischen Republik folgt ein Vergleich der Auswirkungen in den beiden Lndern. Anschlieend wird ein Einblick in den Antidiskriminierungsschutz in anderen Lndern auerhalb Europas gegeben und die mgliche Weiterentwicklung der Antidiskriminierungsrichtlinien in Europa skizziert.
