In dieser Arbeit soll ein leistungsorientiertes Vergtungssystem fr die Vertriebsmitarbeiter des Baumaschinen/Baugertesektors entwickelt werden. Die angebotenen Produkte des Baumaschinen / Baugertesektors sind dem Investitionsgterbereich zuzuordnen, in welchem neben dem Verkaufsauendienst (Reisende/Handelsvertreter) und dem Verkaufsinnendienst auch die Makler, Kommissionre und die Geschftsfhrung zu den Vertriebsmitarbeitern zhlen. Die Arbeit beschrnkt sich auf den Auendienstbereich, und speziell auf den angestellten Auendienst (Reisende). Dazu wird die Arbeit in einen allgemeinen und in einen speziell auf den Baumaschinen/Baugertesektor zugeschnittenen Teil aufgeteilt. Der allgemeine Teil ist in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt, wobei sich der erste mit der Planung und den verschiedenen Steuerungsmglichkeiten des Auendienstes durch die Unternehmensleitung befat. Im zweiten Abschnitt sollen die notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen eines leistungsorientierten Vergtungssystems fr Auendienstmitarbeiter vorgestellt werden. Zu diesen Rahmenbedingungen soll die Definition der Unternehmensziele incl. der dazu notwendigen Unternehmensstrategie mit den Konsequenzen fr den Auendienst und dessen Vergtungssystem zhlen. Im speziellen Teil wird ein Weg empfohlen, den eine Unternehmung gehen sollte, wenn sie ein leistungsorientiertes Vergtungssystem fr ihre Reisenden entwickeln mchte. Dabei sollen neben den Branchenspezifika, rechtliche Aspekte beachtet, mgliche Gestaltungsoptionen fr ein solches System sowie die Einfhrungsprobleme beleuchtet werden.
