Fr Deutschland sind sowohl ein Patent als auch Markenrechte angemeldet. Auch besteht Urheberrechtsschutz. Ein Unternehmen ist noch nicht gegrndet. Fr die Unternehmensgrndungsphase wird mit einem Zeitaufwand von etwa sechs Wochen und Kosten von 50.000 gerechnet. Hierin sind auch die Kosten fr die Internationalisierung der Schutzrechte enthalten. Fr die Entwicklung der Expertensoftware zur Marktreife wird mit einem Aufwand zwischen 500.000 und 2 Millionen und einem Zeitraum von ein bis zwei Jahren gerechnet (Nettoaufwand, der effektiv von auen zugeschossen werden muss). In einer anschlieenden Expansionsphase wird fr die Expansion und die Entwicklung einer zweiten Generation der Software mit weiteren Kosten von 2 bis 5 Millionen bei einer Dauer von eineinhalb bis drei Jahren gerechnet. Wenn alles klappt, hat das Unternehmen dann etwa einen Wert von 150 Millionen (Wahrscheinlichkeit 20 %). Die Mglichkeit eines vollstndigen Scheiterns wird mit etwa einem Drittel bewertet. Die restlichen Wahrscheinlichkeiten entfallen auf dazwischen liegende Entwicklungen.'
