Tesis de maestra, que disea un sistema para la gestin de la satisfaccin del cliente interno vinculada al desempeo laboral, e identificar los factores inhibidores de la satisfaccin y orientar las acciones de mejora. El sistema comprende un modelo terico descriptivo que representa la cadena de efectos que se generan tras la satisfaccin del cliente interno, as como un procedimiento con los mtodos y herramientas necesarios para cada una de las etapas y sub etapas. Se busca una integracin coherente y eficaz de los recursos humanos, su satisfaccin y desempeo, constituyendo una herramienta prctica para los administradores y/o directivos de hoy da con el objetivo de saber enfocar sus recursos de manera organizada y planificada en aras de proyectarse positivamente y centrar sus esfuerzos en el logro de las metas. Los resultados obtenidos posibilitan establecer la existencia de la relacin directa entre la satisfaccin del cliente interno y el desempeo laboral, facilitando as la orientacin de las acciones de mejora.
