Informationsmanagement), Veranstaltung: Unternehmenskommunikation, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Mit der Verwendung von Metatdaten knnen verschiedenste Ressourcen inhaltlich erschlossen werden. Diese Vorgehensweise kann u. a. die interne und externe Unternehmenskommunikation untersttzen. Dafr existieren zwei kontrre Anstze: Social Tagging als offener und die Modellierung eines semantischen Netzes als geschlossener Klassifikationsansatz. Bei einer Entscheidung darber, welches Konzept unter welchen Voraussetzungen, Anforderungen und Zielstellungen ein Unternehmen einsetzen sollte, mssen diverse Aspekte beachtet werden. Aus diesem Grund wurde in der vorliegenden Arbeit ein entscheidungsuntersttzendes Modell entwickelt, welches verschiedene Kriterien beinhaltet, die eine Entscheidung fr oder gegen die Verwendung von Social Tagging bzw. eines semantischen Netzes frdern. Das generalisierte Modell kann noch nicht als alleiniges Entscheidungsinstrument benutzt werden, sondern ist in seiner jetzigen Form vielmehr als ein untersttzendes Instrument zu betrachten, welches dem Anwender entscheidungsrelevante Anhaltspunkte bietet.
