Ntig ist daher eine autonome, nicht von den heimischen Sehgewohnheiten vorgeformte Perspektive auf die Strukturen strafrechtlicher Regelung. Fr Vorsatz und Irrtum wird hier versucht, die Elemente subjektiver Zurechnung in einem mglichst neutralen analytischen Instrumentarium zu erfassen als Vorbedingung einer vlkerstrafrechtlichen Vorsatzdogmatik und der dafr unabdingbaren Rechtsvergleichung. Zu klren ist dabei auch der Beitrag der analytischen Philosophie und kognitiven Psychologie zur strafrechtlichen Begriffsbildung.
