"Es gelingt Gerd Egelhof, das zu erreichen, was fr mich das Grundanliegen der Lyrik darstellt, nmlich auch ungewhnliche und neue Sichtweisen zu vermitteln." Andrea Herrmann Literaturzeitschrift Das Veilchen, Viersen About the Author Gerd Egelhof, geboren 1970 in Schorndorf (RemsMurrKreis), lebt und arbeitet in Waiblingen bei Stuttgart. 1999 wurde der Autor, Buchhndler und Sporttrainer bei einem stipendienartigen LyrikWorkshop in AuetalRolfshagen (Weserbergland) entdeckt. 2000 gewann er beim BadenWrttembergischen Landeslyrikwettbewerb den Kreispreis RemsMurr. Egelhof schreibt Gedichte, Kurzprosa und Sachbcher. "Festtage des Lebens" ist sein vierter Lyrikband.
