H.E. Harris folder holds State Quarter Collection from 20042008, along with history on the inside flap. This is a trifold folder that opens flat for all at once viewing with a total of 60 openings (10 openings are blank), then closes to book size for easy storage. The state, year and P or D of coin minted is printed below each opening of this folder. All H.E. Harris folders are made of acidfree materials for the protection and storage of your coins. The holes in this folder have a special LOCKIN feature. But first, a word of caution: always hold a coin by the edge and never touch its obverse or reverse. We recommend you wear gloves when pressing your coins into place. Now that you are ready, simply place the coin with one edge tipped into the hole, and then press the high edge downward and toward the lowered edge (slantwise). Feel the snap? Its locked in! In 1999 the United States Mint started an exciting new series of Washington quarters. Through the year 2008, the standard design on the reverse will be replaced with a commemorative design for wach of the 50 states: five per year (in the order in which they joined the Union) for 10 years. This redesign is the first change to the quarter in more than 20 years. The words United States of America and Quarter Dollar will be moved to the obverse of the coins and the year will appear on the reverse. A great gift idea for any Coin Collector!

I’ve been collecting state quarters for years, and the Washington Quarters State Collection Vol. 2 (2004-2008) is a fantastic addition. The coins are in great condition and really showcase the different designs. I love how they represent each state’s unique features!

Good but had some scratches
I received the Washington Quarters State Collection Vol. 2 quite quickly, but a few of the coins had minor scratches on them. They are still nice to have, especially since they cover years 2004-2008. Just wish the quality control was a bit better.

Disappointed with the delivery time
I was excited to get the Washington Quarters State Collection, but the delivery took longer than expected. The product itself is fine and has all the coins from 2004-2008, but the wait was frustrating. Just be prepared for possible delays.
