Das Potential von Web 2.0 und dessen neuen Anwendungen fhren zu einem weiteren, spannenden wie groen Thema, nmlich dem Umgang und Einsatz von Web 2.0 in Unternehmen, das sogenannte Enterprise 2.0. Hier liegt das Augenmerk hauptschlich auf den Einsatzmglichkeiten von Web 2.0 Anwendungen/Plattformen in Beratungsunternehmen, da besonders fr Dienstleistungsunternehmen die neue Webra eine groe Rolle spielt. Der Rahmen dieser Studienarbeit wird daher auf die Fragen eingegrenzt, welche derzeitigen Anwendungsmglichkeiten das Web 2.0 fr Beratungsunternehmen birgt und ob ein Beratungsunternehmen durch Enterprise 2.0 konkurrenzfhiger und effizienter als seine Marktbegleiter sein kann. Die dahinterstehende Zielsetzung des Autors ist einen mglichst genauen, jedoch verstndlichen berblick ber den komplexen und weitreichenden Sachverhalt zu vermitteln, um anschlieend fundierte Aussagen zu den erwhnten Fragen zu treffen. Hierzu werden die Grundlagen von Web 2.0 ergnzend erlutert.
