Wie weit wird die Lehrerinnen und Lehrerweiterbildung diesem Anspruch gerecht? Die vorliegende Studie geht dieser Frage nach im Kontext der Schulentwicklung des Kantons Bern. An zwei Schulen wird untersucht, welche Effekte durch gezielte schulinterne Weiterbildungsmassnahmen entstehen. Im Zentrum steht dabei die Zusammenarbeit, zu der die Lehrpersonen mit der Umsetzung des neuen Volksschulgesetzes verpflichtet sind. Mit Hilfe qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden werden schulinterne Weiterbildungsprozesse beschrieben und deren Einfluss auf die Zusammenarbeit von Lehrpersonen analysiert.
