Product Description Im Zuge der demografischen Entwicklung und einer zunehmenden Zahl von ambulant zu versorgenden lteren hilfs und pflegebedrftigen Menschen hat der Gesetzgeber im Rahmen des PflegeWeiterentwicklungsgesetzes von 2008 den 7a ins Leben gerufen. Dieser sieht eine umfassende Beratungsleistung fr Pflegebedrftige und ihre Angehrigen vor. Der Autor geht der Frage nach, wie eine bestmgliche Beratung fr pflegende Angehrige aus pflegerischer Sicht aussehen sollte. Hierzu wird zunchst auf der Basis bestehender Literatur die Situation pflegender Angehriger ausfhrlich beleuchtet. Anschlieend wird der Beratungsbegriff wissenschaftlich aufgearbeitet. Dabei werden vor allem im Zusammenhang mit Pflegeberatung hufig genannte Begriffe wie Selbstndigkeitsfrderung, Neutralitt und Unabhngigkeit beleuchtet und bestehende Beratungstheorien vorgestellt und ihr Nutzen fr die Pflegeberatung diskutiert. Abschlieend wird aus auf der Basis der vorgenommenen Literaturarbeit ein Konzept zur Beratung von pflegenden Angehrigen vorgestellt und in den Kontext von 7a gestellt. Die vorliegende Arbeit mchte mit der Beantwortung des formulierten Erkenntnisinteresses einen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Beratung und zur Entwicklung einer starken, pflegerischen Perspektive in diesem wichtigen, gesundheitspolitischen Feld leisten. Dabei gilt es vor allem einmal mehr, das Spannungsfeld zwischen den Bedrfnissen der Betroffenen und dem Mastab der Wirtschaftlichkeit aufzulsen. About the Author Volker Allwicher, geboren 1972, studierte bis 2009 Lehramt Pflegewissenschaft und Biologie an der Universitt Bremen. Er ist seit 1993 in der Krankenpflege ttig. Seit seiner Ausbildung zum Intensivpflegefachmann in Luzern / Schweiz arbeitet er neben seinem Studium in der Intensivkrankenpflege. Das vorliegende Buch ist im Rahmen seiner mit "sehr gut" bewerteten Diplomarbeit entstanden.
