Welche Rolle spielen nun die Kennzahlen des wertorientierten Controllings im Managementprozess und inwieweit unterscheidet sich wertorientiertes Controlling vom traditionellen Controlling? Ziel der Arbeit ist es, nach umfassender Literaturrecherche, darzustellen, was unter wertorientiertem Controlling zu verstehen ist und die wichtigsten Kennzahlen im wertorientierten Controlling nher zu beschreiben. Welche Kennzahlen die mageblichen im Managementprozess sind, ist schwer zu beurteilen, da die Anforderungen sehr verschieden sein knnen. Kennzahlen werden in unterschiedlichen Prozessen bentigt, zum Einen in der strategischen und operativen Planung und Kontrolle, zum Anderen zur strategischen und operativen Zielsetzung und Leistungsmessung. Die richtige" Kennzahl gibt es daher nicht. Zudem sind wertorientierte Kennzahlen von traditionellen Kennzahlen abhngig und knnen diese nur ergnzen.
