This study released those urban school administrators (including principals, vice principals and directors of physical education (PE) program) insight into PE and selfevaluation on their schools PE program; involved their unique perception on the Current Issues and Solutions of urban school PE. Most of them is the first time ever expressed their points of view on how school PE program should be run; what role the city / state should play, what role the school, the teachers, and the parents should play. According to the administers, the most important factors that structured their PE perception are: We can activate and foster the physical activity skills children need through our school PE programs. Once PE and daily physical activities are valued and supported, children will gradually form their active and healthy lifestyle. And PE plays a vital role in our school curricula. Results of selfevaluation on their school PE Program show, the participants indicated their school PE programs were not wellestablished; some particular areas were far from satisfaction . . . however, the solutions and how to reform the urban schools PE programs were provided and discussed.
