I appreciate the ideas presented in this book about practicing nonviolent communication. The examples are relatable, but sometimes the writing feels a little heavy, which makes it hard to digest in one go. Still, it’s been useful for me and my family to work through challenging conversations.

Not what I expected
I was really hoping for more straightforward tips on applying nonviolent communication, but this book didn’t quite deliver. Some parts felt too theoretical, and I struggled to find practical advice I could use. Disappointed, especially after all the hype around it.
