About the Author When It's Time was written by two nurses who have spent most of their lives working in nursing homes. Having dealt with families grieving over the loss of a loved one through senility and/or death, they found that many questions asked by family members were not being adequately answered. The book was written to assist family members in adjusting to a foreign environment and routines.
