LaSharnda specializes in leadership, and speaks on topics of positive attitudes, happiness, selfesteem, decisionmaking, and personal effectiveness. For LaSharnda the need for people to see their true value and not to be defined by others or life's circumstances is important. LaSharnda is driven, never resting on her laurels with a passion that has proven contagious capturing the hearts and minds of those around her.
