I thought 'Where the Axe is Buried' would be action-packed from the start, but it took a while to really get into it. The story is intriguing and the background is rich, but I found myself skimming some parts. Still worth a read if you enjoy character-driven stories!

Not what I expected, disappointing
I had high hopes for 'Where the Axe is Buried,' but I was let down. The pacing was really uneven and I felt like the plot didn’t go anywhere for too long. It was difficult to connect with the characters, and I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Wouldn't recommend it.
