I had high hopes for this book but was a bit disappointed. Some of the advice didn’t resonate with our specific church culture. The concepts are good, but maybe not universal. It’s okay for reference, but not essential.

Mixed Feelings on the Content
I liked some of the points made in the book about leading change, but a few chapters felt a bit repetitive. Good ideas overall, but just wished it flowed better. Worth a read if you’re in church leadership.
