The Wine Dossier is designed to track and rate your wine tastes, pricing and any notes associated with each wine enjoyed. Within the rich ivory pages and burgundy ink is spacing to place your cellar inventory, wine label, write the brand, vintage and your own personal rating. There are additional sections for notes, local wine retailers and your favorite wine cheatsheet is available in the back of the book.
