This book has some great insights about leading with curiosity and the importance of storytelling in communication. I found myself nodding along, but there were moments where it felt a bit repetitive. Still, I took away some solid tips that I can apply in my team meetings.

Not What I Expected
I was looking forward to 'Winning Without Persuading' but was a bit let down. The ideas are interesting, but the writing style didn't connect with me. Felt a little dry at times and didn’t keep my attention as I’d hoped. Maybe it’s just not for me?

Insightful and Engaging Read!
I just finished 'Winning Without Persuading' and it was a fantastic experience! The framework it presents for leading with curiosity really changed how I approach conversations, both at work and home. The storytelling aspects made the concepts come alive, which I truly appreciated.
