The recipes in this book are nice, but I was hoping for more variety. The gluhwein section is great, but the dumplings didn’t impress me as much as I thought they would. It’s good for beginners, though!

Wasn’t What I Expected
I bought this thinking it would have more extravagant recipes for hosting, but it felt a little underwhelming. The fondue was decent, but nothing groundbreaking. The presentation just didn’t live up to my expectations. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll use it much.
