Diese groen und raschen Vernderungen in der Peruanischen Wirtschaft und der Bevlkerungsverteilung haben den merkantilistischen Staat vor sehr groe Probleme gestellt, gegen die er sich mit immer neuen Regelungen zu wehren versuchte. Diese jedoch verkomplizierten und erschwerten den Aufbau neuer Unternehmungen und die Entwicklung der Wirtschaft immer mehr. Das Land strzte in eine jahrelange politische und wirtschaftliche Krise die bis in die 90er Jahre anhielt. In dieser Arbeit gehe ich auf die wirtschaftliche und politische Entwicklung der letzten 50 Jahre ein und versuche die Rahmenbedingungen fr Kleinunternehmungen in Peru aufzuzeigen. Die Informalitt stellt dabei einen Themenschwerpunkt dar. Mit einem mathematischen Modell sollen die Entscheidungen der Unternehmer betreffend Informalitt verdeutlicht werden. Zudem soll gezeigt werden, welche Faktoren die Grndung von Unternehmen im allgemeinen frdert. Ich versuche zudem, den Zusammenhang zwischen der Grndung von Unternehmungen und der makrokonomischen Entwicklung von Peru herzustellen. Das Problem der Armut und Unterbeschftigung wird in diesem Zusammenhang kurz aufgegriffen. Ein Fallbeispiel einer Bauunternehmung soll den theoretischen Teil abrunden und verdeutlichen, welchen Problemen ein Unternehmer in einem Entwicklungsland wie Peru gegenber stehen kann.
