Product Description My daughter Barby and I were driving across New Mexico. As we were driving along, the conversation turned to things, we had learned about life and living. Barby suggested that we put this knowledge into a book called 'Wisdom of Ingle' or, as my father would say, 'You're Active as a Cow Fall down and Get up in Half a Day'. On my 60th birthday, Tim said that, I know something that most other people do not know about raising kids or that I was very lucky that my kids turned out as good as they did. My answer was that I had set out to teach them certain principles of life so there was a method to what I did. The stories that I tell might change from time to time because of the point I am trying to make. All of the stories are true, just approached from different angles as needed to make a point. I do acknowledge that God led the way. This book is a combination of the Wisdom of Ingle and the leadership and plan of God that is unfolding for our family. About the Author Jim Ingle is from a small town in northern Ohio on Lake Erie, Conneaut. Graduated from Bowling Green State University and went into the Army in 1967. Served on active duty for 6 years including a year in Viet Nam and two years in Bangkok, then in the Reserves until 1989 when he retired with 22 years service. In 1983, Jim started working at Fort Lee and worked there until he retired two years ago. He is presently Executive Director of the Power of Pain Foundation. He attends St Ann Catholic Church, Colonial Heights VA, where he is very active, including being a member of the Parrish Council, and the RCIA Team.
