Kann die Forschung mit ihren Ergebnissen und ihrem Wirklichkeitsverstndnis eine hinreichende Basis fr Normen des menschlichen Handelns legen? Lassen sich mit ihrer Hilfe Menschenbilder wissenschaftlich begrnden und die Mastbe menschlichen Handelns generell beurteilen? Diese Fragen mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Positionen zur Hirnforschung wurden aus neurowissenschaftlicher, philosophischer, rechtswissenschaftlicher, psychologischer und theologischer Sicht im Rahmen des III. Regensburger Symposiums diskutiert.
