Das KitaHandbuch" wird neben der Konzeption einen eigenen Qualittskatalog sowie eine Dokumentensammlung aufnehmen. Weitere Teile sind denkbar. Zwei Jahre haben wir uns Zeit genommen, unsere pdagogische Konzeption zu bearbeiten, was wrtlich zu verstehen ist: Wir haben sie angemalt, zerschnitten und wieder zusammengefgt. Wir haben alle Themen der Konzeption diskutiert, uns fachlich mit ihnen auseinandergesetzt, miteinander verhandelt und uns auf einen gemeinsamen Nenner verstndigt, der uns und unserer Arbeit entspricht.
