Woman of Faith The Life of Edel Quinn by Mary Peffley Born in 1907, this bubbly, outgoing young woman hoped to enter the convent, but contracted tuberculosis and had to change her life plans. She joined the Legion of Mary and eventually was as signed to mission work in Africa. Tireless in zeal, Edel accomplished an incredible amount of work in a few years before her early death at age 37. She has been declared a Servant of God. Illustrated with many photos.
