About one fifth of the Pakistans GDP is generated from informal sector which employed 20 million workers in total, out of which 12 million are female staff (Mustafa, 2011). So women are a big chunk of workforce in Pakistan. This research is an attempt to evaluate the job satisfaction level of female employees working in the banking sector and telecommunication sector of Pakistan.
