She also served as a national speaker for Compassionate Bereavement Care with Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.Reverend Linner is the author of the selfpublished children's book My Brother Dave: Living Through a Loved One's Death. She has also written articles for Thanatos, Lutheran Women Today, Connections, and The Lutheran.Kris and her husband, Michael Erickson, are the parents of two daughters.
