I was disappointed with this book. The cover is inviting, but the content felt too basic. I expected more advanced techniques since it’s targeted at women forty and older. I think I’ll look for something else to help with my health journey.

A Great Resource for Wellness
I bought this book for my mom, who just turned 60. She's really enjoyed the practical tips on qigong and how to stay healthy as she ages. The sections are easy to follow, and she feels more energized after practicing those techniques!

Useful, but Lacked Depth
This guide has some nice ideas for qigong practices, but I was hoping for more detailed instructions. It's good for beginners, especially women over 40, but I feel like it could go deeper into the health benefits. Still, a decent read overall!
