Alta was a fledgling ski area in 1944 when Chic first ventured up that steep canyon road to try skiing for the first time. In the next 50 years he would own and manage the Alta Lodge and become the general manager and president of Alta Ski Area. He would meet his wife and raise his only child in the unique area. Chic's career and life at Alta was rich and full. He will be remembered as the man who fashioned Alta into a world famous ski area. His friends and employees will recall that he was a man of integrity with a sense of humor and a mischievous smile.

To facilitate a smooth return process, a Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns. Returns without a valid RA number will be declined and may incur additional fees.
