Aber es wird auch immer deutlicher, dass diese Strafflligkeit nur ein Ausschnitt aus dem Gesamtkomplex von Fehlentwicklungen junger Heranwachsender ist, denen dann mit staatlicher Repression und veralteten Bestimmungen begegnet wird. Dabei ist nicht unbedingt von der episodenhaften oder anders ausgedrckt, der normalen' Jugendkriminalitt whrend der Pubertt die Rede, welche sich von selber wieder legt, sondern die Entwicklung die sich hinter sozikonomischen Belastungen, defizitren Erziehungsstilen, familire Gewalt, Bildungsarmut und sozialer Randstndigkeit heraus entwickelt. Schweres und langfristiges kriminelles Handeln ergibt sich erst, wenn die genannten Risiken kumulieren. Nach und nach verfestigen sich dann diese sozialen Erfahrungen und gleichzeitig verringern sich die Mglichkeiten nicht deviante Entwicklungschancen wahrzunehmen. Kriminellen Jugendlichen offenbart sich ein ganzes Bndel aus sozialen, ideologischen und seelischen Zerrttungen. Am Ende steht trotz allem eine Endkonsequenz: der Jugendstrafvollzug.
